I don’t often create clay monoprints in black, white, and gray. Which is a bit puzzling to me because I love muted and neutral colors. In fact, I love that my cat Buffy is buff color because she goes with the colors in my home. But on the day, I made this piece I wanted to use all tones of black, gray and white – kind of as an experiment. And I loved the feel of the gray rocks, in the night, shining by the light of the moon. My wish on this Christmas day is that magic and light shine on you all year long.
